We tried a number of items from the upcoming menu. Everything received high praise!! My favorite were the oysters and crab cakes. Staff were so attentive and accommodating, promptly meeting the needs of every guest. Major's is 1 of 3 establishments in the building which all deserve their own reviews, but I can say the quality is consistent throughout every inch of the space.

I had the absolute pleasure of attending a private food tasting at Major's, and every single dish was a masterpiece. The snapper fish and brussel sprouts were flawlessly executed, with flavors that were vibrant, balanced, and truly superb. The chef's attention to detail and ability to layer textures made this tasting an unforgettable experience. The highlight was seeing the owner's immense pride in his craft; as he described the inspiration behind the dishes. He went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable, personally checking on us occasionally. I can't wait to return for a full meal. This will be the Newest Hottest spot in Florence!
